St James is mostly accessible to disabled people. Please get in touch with jon@sound.gg for more details.

Can I volunteer at the event?

We will be needing some hard working stewards, if you are really keen to help out, get in touch with jon@sound.gg

Is it safe for children?

The festival is open to all ages. Children under 2 are free and under 12 have to be accompanied by an adult. Due to the nature of the music played in the main hall, we suggest bringing along some ear protection for little people.

Children over the age of 12 can attend with their friends, but we cannot keep an eye on them as we do at the SOUND nights.

What can and can't I bring?

Please don’t bring food, drinks and/or illegal items. All drinks and food at the event will be sold at reasonable prices and will be of high quality. We retain the right to search your bag and deny entry at our discretion. If you are bringing very little children, we will allow their food and drinks in.

There will not be a cloakroom for you to leave your stuff, so please be aware that you will responsible for looking after whatever you bring with you.

Will there be a smoking area?

There is a smoking area on the balcony outside the Dorey Room for those who need to. Anyone using a Vape is also asked to use it in the smoking area please.
